You’re not broken, your baby isn’t either.
Most sleep advice is written for the average family. Yours isn't average.
You need a plan built around your child's temperament, your household, and your values, not a method pulled from a website or a book that doesn't know your baby.
That's what Le Pause provides. And this is where it leads: a baby who settles into sleep without a fight, evenings that belong to you again, and every caregiver in your home knowing exactly what to do.
The Le Pause Approach
-
We begin with a conversation. This complimentary 30-minute call is where I learn about your child, your household, and what you've already tried. No pressure, just clarity on where you are and what's possible.
-
Based on your family's needs, we'll identify the right level of support. Virtual coaching you can implement from anywhere, or in-home support with hands-on guidance. Every engagement is customized. Nothing is off-the-shelf.
-
I build your family's sleep plan from the ground up, accounting for your child's age and stage, your caregiving team, your schedule, and your values.
Clear, actionable guidance with ongoing support while you implement it, until laying your child down awake feels normal instead of impossible.
Meet Eve
I'm a Certified Advanced Newborn Care Specialist with additional credentials in infant reflux, NICU transition support, and craniosacral therapy. Most sleep consultants meet families at five or six months. I've been there since day one.
This work is my second career. I raised three sons before I ever heard the words sleep consultant, and I remember exactly what the exhaustion and the second-guessing felt like. And unlike most consultants, I don't work through a screen. I've spent fifteen years inside private households, alongside parents, nannies, and staff, solving the exact challenges I now help families through.
Le Pause was built on a simple belief: your family deserves individualized guidance, not generic advice and not a one-size-fits-all method.
I've spent the last fifteen years living and working inside the households I now consult for.
Reflux babies, twins, NICU transitions, rotating nanny teams, overnight staff, travel between homes, and parents whose careers don't pause for a sleep regression.
I've built sleep plans around all of it, in real homes, in real time. Nothing about your situation will surprise me.
You’re doing everything right. You’re still exhausted.
You've read the books. You've tried the methods. You've asked every parent you know.
You're still up at 3am wondering why nothing is working.
Nothing is wrong with you, or your baby. Sleep is a skill, and it's easier to build when someone who truly understands it is in your corner.
